Squad quorum
Every booking declares its headcount. Friends confirm by name from the squad link. Hit 60% and the booking is SECURED; everyone in and it's FULL.
6-hour release
Six hours out and under 60%? The system pings the organiser with a one-tap reschedule and offers the field to the next waitlist squad. First to accept takes it.
Night lighting
Paintball and Fútbol 5 are outdoors: from 19:00 they need 10+ players and add Bs. 150 for floodlights, always shown in the price breakdown.
